These terms cover the drawings, notes and material boards published on this portfolio, and the conditions that apply when you ask for a studio visit or a drawing review. They sit alongside the privacy policy and apply to every visitor, trade client and design studio that uses the site.
The site presents architectural and interior design work: measured drawings, site photography, joinery details and material selections from projects in Observatory, Woodstock, Sea Point and the Southern Suburbs. It is a record of completed and in-progress work, not a shop, a booking system or a source of construction advice for a site we have not measured.
Plans, sections, axonometrics, photographs and written notes remain the property of Travis Ronaldson unless a signed agreement says otherwise. You may read, print or reference them for your own study. Rebuilding, reselling, publishing or issuing them as construction documents without written permission is not allowed.
When you send a brief, a floor plan or site photographs for a drawing review, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that the information is accurate. Dimensions taken from a photograph or a hand sketch are treated as indicative until a site measure confirms them, and any work built from unverified figures is at your own risk.
Portfolio entries describe past projects and the constraints they carried. They are not a specification for your own renovation. We are not liable for costs, delays or defects that follow from applying a detail, a tile layout or a joinery approach from this site to another building without a project-specific drawing set and the relevant approvals.
We may withdraw access to the site or decline a drawing review at any point, including where material is copied, misrepresented or used to mislead a client or a contractor. If a studio visit has been arranged and the terms are breached, the arrangement ends and any shared files must be deleted.
