Site visits in Observatory, Woodstock, Sea Point and the Southern Suburbs are booked on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
For a drawing review, send the current plan and section, any survey notes and a short note on what is not working. If the project is a renovation, photographs of the room from each corner save a lot of back and forth.
For a studio visit, say whether you are a homeowner, a trade client or a design studio, and which stage you are at. Replies usually go out within two working days, and a first review is a conversation, not a fixed scope.
Most questions that land in the studio inbox are about drawings, timelines or how a renovation brief gets started. If you are not sure who to ask, start here. Every message is read by Travis or by the person who drew the set, not by a queue.
Send existing plans, a site address and a short note on what you want to change. Scans and phone photos are fine. If the set is incomplete, say so and we will tell you what is missing before anything is quoted.

Best for trades booking a site measure or confirming a delivery window. Keep it brief. Anything that needs a drawing or a written answer should go by email so there is a record on both sides.
