Privacy Policy

This page explains what happens to information sent to the Travis Ronaldson studio, how drawings, briefs and enquiry details are stored, and what you can ask us to change or remove.

What we collect

Enquiry forms and email carry your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and the message itself, which often includes site addresses, brief notes or drawing queries. We also record basic technical data: browser type, device, approximate location from the IP address, and which pages were opened.

Why we hold it

Your details are used to answer the enquiry, arrange a studio visit or drawing review, and keep a record of the project correspondence. Technical data is used to see which portfolio entries and drawing sets are actually being read, so the site can be kept useful.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets a small number of cookies for session handling and for aggregated analytics. No advertising profiles are built from them. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the pages will still open, though some preferences may reset.

Sharing and processors

Information is not sold. It may pass through service providers that keep the site and inbox running: hosting, email delivery, form handling and analytics. Those providers only process the data on our instruction and under their own confidentiality terms.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept while a project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that later questions about joinery, materials or drawing revisions can be answered. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form. Anything no longer needed is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, request corrections, ask for deletion, or withdraw consent for analytics at any time. Where GDPR or CCPA applies, these rights include access, correction, deletion, portability and opt-out. Requests are answered within a reasonable period.

Privacy requests and contact

Send any privacy question, access request or deletion request to the studio. Include enough detail to identify the enquiry or project you are referring to.

Accuracy and ownership

Project entries describe real briefs, constraints and drawing sets. Nothing on this site claims an official affiliation, a guaranteed outcome, or a result that has not been documented. There are no invented testimonials, no false urgency and no borrowed brand names. If a detail here ever conflicts with another page on the site, this policy takes precedence for data handling.

Cookie settings

We use cookies to keep the site reliable, remember basic choices, and understand which pages are useful. You can accept, reject, or review the settings before continuing.
